The Prisoners Journey, this course has been specially designed to meet the unique challenges of running a course within a prison context; it is simplified yet reveals the real identity of Jesus Christ. The course is designed around three questions:

  1. Who did Jesus say He was?
  2. Why did Jesus come to earth?
  3. What does Jesus expect of you today?

This is a pilot project and South Africa has the privilege to be one of the pilot countries to try and test this pilot project. The program will be rolled out at Kgosi Mampuru Female Centre as well as Vereeniging, Sasolburg, Heidelburg, Frankfort, Parys, Groenpunt and Heilbron Correction Facilities during the month of July 2014. In South Africa the goal is to reach 4 500 Offenders over 36 months of which 900 Offenders must graduate from this course. This course also forms part of the restorative justice programmes run by Prison Fellowship South Africa.   [collage id="collage_IMG20140508019341"]   TPJ 2015 This is the first group of offenders to finish The Prisoners Journey program for 2015, we are grateful to Pastor Shawn for the vision he has with the program and for his passion and commitment to spread the good news of Jesus Christ in Correction Centres in South Africa.
